Designed for mixers and power drive units, it streamlines bulk shredding with a consistent 3/16 inch cut that keeps portions uniform service after service. Ideal for pizza, deli, and cafeteria workflows, it delivers repeatable results to standardize prep.

Use it to grate cheese, cabbage, carrots, or potatoes for salads, slaws, and hash browns while the included disc holder keeps the 3/16 inch shredding disc firmly seated. Built for commercial kitchens, this NSF grater unit mounts quickly on any #12 hub and removes just as easily for cleaning and storage. The attachment is sold separately from the mixer or power drive unit and was formerly FRAN-259-1042 from FMP for easy cross-reference.
